Currently there are a lot of funding opportunities for individuals, families, businesses, primary producers and non-profit organisations in Qld who have been impacted by the floods. Following is a brief summary:-
$1,000 for each eligible adult and $400 for each eligible child from the Australian Government.

claim online at humanservices.gov.au/disaster.
Essential Households Contents Grant
If you are uninsured, or unable to claim insurance, you may be
eligible for financial assistance to help replace or repair essential
household contents, such as beds, linen and whitegoods, that have been
lost or damaged in a disaster. Grants of up to $1765 for single adults
and up to $5300 for couples/families are available. If you are also
eligible for an Emergent Assistance Grant the amount you have received
will be deducted from the Essential Household Contents Grant.

Structural Assistance Grant
If you’re uninsured, or unable to claim insurance, you may be
eligible for a one-off payment towards repairs to your home to make it
secure and safe. Grants of up to $10,905 for single adults and up to
$14,685 for couples/families are available.

Essential Services Reconnection Grant
If you’re uninsured, or unable to claim insurance, you may be
eligible for a grant to help you reconnect essential services that were
damaged by a disaster. There are 2 parts to the grant:
Inspection: up to $200 towards a safety inspection for each essential
service needing reconnection (electricity, gas, water and sewerage or
septic system)
Repair: up to $4200 towards repair work to enable essential services to be reconnected (for example, electrical rewiring).

Emergent Assistance Grant
In the first few days following a disaster, financial help may be
available for your immediate, unexpected needs such as temporary
accommodation, food, essential clothing and medication. The Emergent
Assistance Grant is for people in disaster declared areas, who are:
experiencing hardship as a result of the disaster, and
unable to meet their immediate needs for accommodation, food, essential clothing or medication.
The Emergent Assistance Grant is not income or asset tested.
Subject to eligibility, applicants may receive between $180 and $900.

Sport and Rec/Small Business/Non Profit Disaster Recovery Grant
Grants are available from QRAA in two tiers, with up to $5000 for
early immediate recovery and up to $20,000 to pay for repairs from
direct flood damage. (Waiting confirmation on these).

Grants/Loans
Small Business/Non Profits/Primary Producers – The maximum assistance
available under the scheme is a loan of up to $250,000 for primary
producers and small businesses and a loan / grant package of up to
$105,000 for non-profit organisations.
